Is my information ever sold or shared?

No. Your records are never sold or traded. They're used to help you care for your family and shared only with the people you choose — plus the services needed to run Health Agent, and the narrow cases the law requires, like a court order or an emergency.

Who can see my records?

Only you, and anyone you explicitly invite — a sibling, a spouse, a doctor. You can grant access, change it, or revoke it at any time.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It's yours to take. You can export your information or ask to close your account whenever you want; your data is then removed, with only the records the law requires Health Agent to keep retained.

Is this medical or legal advice?

No. Health Agent helps you organize and act on your own information. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare or HHS, and it isn't a substitute for your doctor or attorney.
