See it work

Your mother’s scan was denied. Here’s what that letter actually means.

A denial letter is written to be hard to argue with. Press a button below and Health Agent reads one: what they actually said, whether you can fight it, what to do first, and the date you cannot miss. In plain English, in about ten seconds. No account.

The third letter is the important one. It has a code we don’t recognise — and you should watch what the app does then, because it’s the whole reason to trust it with the other two.

Every person here is invented. These are sample letters, not real patients and not real plans. Nothing you see is anyone's medical record, and this page never touches one.

Why we said “I don’t know”

Ask almost any AI what an unfamiliar denial code means and it will tell you — fluently, confidently, and sometimes completely made up. You’d have no way to know. You’d put it in a letter, send it to the plan, and find out the hard way.

So when this app doesn’t know something, it says so. It won’t invent a meaning, it won’t point you at a law it hasn’t checked, and it won’t guess at a deadline — because a made-up deadline is the one mistake that can end an appeal before anyone even reads it.

That’s not the app falling short. That’s the app being worth trusting on the other two.
